Compostable Bagasse Round Plates – 7", 9", 10", 12" & 13" Pizza

Round sugarcane bagasse plates in five sizes, from 7 inch starters through to a 13 inch pizza plate. Rigid, grease-resistant and built to hold a full meal without bending.

Why bagasse plates

• Rigid construction. Resists bending and leaking even with hot, oily or saucy food.
• Microwave and oven safe. Reheat food directly on the plate.
• Compostable. Made from sugarcane fibre, a renewable by-product; breaks down under industrial composting conditions.
• Plastic-free. Falls outside the UK single-use plastic ban and the Plastic Packaging Tax.
• No trees used. Made from sugarcane waste, not wood pulp or bamboo.

Which size do I need?

• 7 inch — starters, desserts, canapés, sides. Case of 1000.
• 9 inch — lunch portions, sandwiches, salads. Case of 500.
• 10 inch — standard dinner plate, full meals. Case of 500.
• 12 inch — large mains and sharing plates. Case of 500.
• 13 inch pizza — whole pizzas, sharing boards, platters. Case of 250.

Disposal

Industrially compostable. Most UK councils don't yet accept compostable packaging in kerbside food waste — check with your local waste contractor or arrange a commercial composting collection.
